Have you heard about Sunny Lisbon before? It is a fact but unfortunately not during the whole year. However, the temperatures are one of the main reasons why many tourists and remote workers love the Portuguese capital.
🌞 Summer days in Lisbon are very hot, maybe not as much as in central Europe, but still. During the day the temperatures usually go above 35º. The summer peak season is during June, July, and August, and it will definitely be packed with tourists but this also gives a very vibrant vibe to the city.
☁️ Winters have a mild temperature, the daily average temperature is 15º and it could drop to 5º on average during the night. It extends from November to February and the weather is quite unpredictable, you could have a sunny week followed by a very cloudy and wet one. Even though it doesn’t rain much in Lisbon, on average the rainiest month is February.
Our recommendation is the middle season. During March, April, May, September, and October is an amazing time to visit Lisbon, with an average temperature around 25º you’ll be able to do sightseeing and do trips around without suffering from the heat, you’ll probably avoid the summer season crowds a little bit and you’ll still have a great time.
