Instead of being paid a fixed amount every month, your income will be directly tied to the rental price determined by current market conditions.
We will take a fixed-rate commission from that price and manage the whole process — from finding and approving tenants to cleaning, maintenance, and renovation of your property.
This could be a good fit if you're eager to capitalise on market opportunities, embracing seasonal fluctuations and trends, while being comfortable with the potential variability in your income.
Note that while you can expect higher earnings in a commission-based program, we cannot guarantee a continuous income nor can we know in advance when your property is going to be vacant.
