You’re about to come to Lisbon for a workation but you don’t know what to pack yet? When it comes to style don’t worry, it is very casual and you can feel free to wear what you like but it will all depend on the season you’re coming too. Don’t stress about it, we got you covered and we created this list of essentials that could be useful for your stay.
Overall the temperatures in Lisbon aren’t as extreme as in the central or northern European capitals. Temperatures are not that high during summer, during winter it doesn’t rain that much and temperatures will never go below zero degrees.
🌸 Spring: this is definitely the best time to come to Lisbon, the temperatures are very nice, it is not that hot, there are very few rainy days and the city is not that crowded. Temperatures can go from 10ºC to 22ºC, with the lowest temperatures during March and the highest in May.
👕 when it comes to packing, we recommend you to take with you: short sleeve blouses/shirts and t-shirts, also long sleeve ones, lightweight sweaters, hoodies, jeans and pants, lightweight jackets, sunglasses, sneakers, and maybe a dress/short pants.
🌞 Summer: it is the favorite season for tourists to visit Lisbon and it is perfect to visit the beaches around town. Temperatures can go from 16ºC to 30ºC, having the lowest ones during June and August being the hottest month.

🍂 Fall: the early season can be very good for visiting the city since the weather is still nice, but there are more rainy and cold days by the end of fall. Temperatures can vary from 12º to 27º, being the warmest of the season in September and the beginning of October.

🌧️ Winter: it is not as cold as in other European cities so it is a good option for a winter destination, but compared to the rest of the year the temperatures drop and there are some rainy days in the capital. Temperatures can go from 8º to 16º
